Please let me know your interest in the below role- Title: Workday HRIS Lead Consultant Location: Mesquite, TX ( 4-5 days onsite REQUIRED) Duration: 6 Months Contract-to-Hire Visa: USC and GC only Interview: Video LinkedIn Profile Project Details: Our client went live with Workday in the U.S. in May and is now looking to expand its team. They require a Workday HRIS Lead to help manage and lead a team of five employees. Lead the transition from ADP Workforce Now to Workday, ensuring a smooth implementation process. Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan for successful Workday implementation. Foster collaboration with internal stakeholders and external consultants to guarantee successful deployment. Resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process promptly and effectively. Conduct training sessions for HRIS team members and end-users on Workday functionalities. Supervise a team of three HRIS professionals, providing mentorship and support. Maintain and update HRIS systems to ensure data integrity and security, while also developing and implementing HRIS policies, procedures, and best practices. Generate and analyze HRIS reports to support decision-making processes within the organization. Collaborate closely with the HR Manager to align HRIS initiatives with company goals and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization regarding HRIS changes and updates. Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements, leading efforts to optimize HRIS functionalities and user experience. Stay abreast of Workday updates and HRIS industry trends, using this knowledge to drive continuous improvement within the organization. Must Have Requirements: Proven experience in managing Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) Proficient in Workday HCM, Workday HRIS, Workday Integration and UKG/Kronos.
