Lead and guide a team of data engineers in the implementation of data architectures, ensuring best practices are followed and high-quality code is delivered. Design, build, and operate complex data pipelines, working closely with data scientists and other stakeholders to put Solutions/code into production. Analyze, diagnose, and optimize data workflows, identifying bottlenecks and improving overall performance. Participate in demos and training sessions for clients, translating business requirements into robust technical solutions. Monitor, refine, and report on the performance of data management systems, ensuring data quality, integrity, and security. Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership to both the team and clients, contributing to the strategic roadmap of the Digital Services Platform. Collaborate with infrastructure and support teams to address critical issues and ensure seamless operation of data systems. WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED: 4+ years of experience in SQL and database management. 3+ years of experience with Java. Expertise in search technologies like Elasticsearch and OpenSearch. Hands-on experience with AWS and Search Elastic, OpenSearch, others. Proven experience in designing and architecting scalable data solutions, with a strong understanding of search technologies and distributed data solutions. Experience leading teams in data architecture and engineering projects, with a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable solutions. NICE TO HAVES: 2+ years of experience with Snowflake data warehousing. Experience with data transformation tools like DBT. 2+ years of experience with Informatica or similar data integration tools.
