Ability to drive project independently Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and without issues in the Production system. Skilled in process integration and realization across multiple functions within SAP. Test new functionality and document results. Understand the relationship between data, functionality, and business processes. Analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions. Assist in resolving daily incidents reported by the business through ServiceNow. Act as a leading member of project teams, delivering functionality to the business on-site as needed. Attend regular meeting updates to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines. Requirements: Minimum of 10 years of overall experience with at least 5 years' experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP. Primary skills in SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO). SAP CO-PA experience required Skills in other SAP modules are a plus. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to respond to both internal and external customers. Must be willing and able to travel to support projects and plants. Comfortable working in a plant environment with intermittent travel estimated at 25% to facility locations. A proactive team member who contributes ideas and suggestions for continuous improvement. Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred.
