Their role is crucial in creating products that not only meet user needs but also delight them in the process. Position Responsibilities Responsible for uncovering human-centered insights Collaborates with Product Owners, UX Architect, UX Designer and UX Writer to identify critical hypotheses and areas for evaluation Informs the design direction of the product/project Plans, executes, and analyzes experiments / tests Conducts Quantitative and Qualitative research along with Behavioral versus Attitudinal research Synthesizes, visualizes, and communicates insights and recommendations to the team Responsible for creating and maintaining personas and/or user archetypes, as well as other UX Research artifacts Technical/Business Consulting Collaborates with other business units to understand process maps and requirements for product and user experience. Gathers requirements from clients, customers, or end-users to develop the best user experience. Influences team to better Identify any new features. Contributes to best practices and standards put in place by the client and the industry. Understands dependency between teams. Collaborates with the project teams to develop solutions.
