Job Title: Senior .NET Developer Location: Raleigh, NC Experience Level: 8-10 years VISA : looking H1B with PP Number Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with .NET 4.3 or above, Blazor, and SQL, and will be adept in Agile methodologies. The role requires a proactive approach to communication with product owners, scrum masters, and business stakeholders, and the ability to deliver end-to-end solutions. Knowledge of GitLab, DevOps, and the Premium Finance Application portfolio is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain applications using .NET Framework 4.3 or higher. Implement and work with Blazor for building interactive web UIs. Write, optimize, and manage SQL queries and database interactions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, including reaching out proactively to product owners, scrum masters, and business stakeholders for clarifications and requirements. Deliver end-to-end solutions based on project requirements, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of products. Utilize GitLab for version control and CI/CD pipelines, and apply DevOps practices to streamline development workflows. Understand and work with the Premium Finance Application portfolio and associated technology platforms. Required Skills and Qualifications: .NET Development: Strong experience with .NET Framework 4.3 or higher. Blazor: Hands-on experience with Blazor for developing interactive web applications. SQL Skills: Proficiency in SQL for database design, queries, and management. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Agile Methodologies: Proven experience working in Agile environments, with the ability to engage proactively with product owners, scrum masters, and business teams. End-to-End Development: Ability to manage and deliver complete product solutions from inception to deployment. GitLab & DevOps (Advantageous): Familiarity with GitLab for source control and DevOps practices is a plus. Premium Finance Applications (Desirable): Understanding of the Premium Finance Application portfolio and relevant technology platforms. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with MySQL and Core .NET technologies. Knowledge of additional development tools and methodologies relevant to the role.
