Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives, to ensure clear communication, alignment, and support for the programs objectives. Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with global teams across product, engineering, marketing, and operations to ensure that all project components are aligned and moving forward cohesively. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle. Proactively address issues that may impact project delivery. Budget Management: Develop and manage the program budget, ensuring that all resources are utilized effectively and efficiently. Quality Assurance: Ensure that the final deliverables meet the required quality standards and align with business objectives. Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in program management, with a focus on large-scale digital platforms or global initiatives. Strong understanding of digital platforms, software development processes, and relevant technologies. Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional, global teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to a diverse audience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of managing complex projects and resolving issues. PMP, PgMP, or other relevant project/program management certifications are a plus.
