Job Title: Network Engineer Location: Lake Success, NY 100% Onsite only Top Qualifications: Relevant certifications, such as Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP). Knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP. Experience with network hardware (routers, switches, and firewalls) Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools. Job summary: Design and implement network infrastructure based on organizational requirements. Maintain network hardware and software for seamless connectivity. Ensure network reliability and performance. Troubleshoot and resolve network issues. Collaborate with other IT professionals to develop and implement network security measures. Conduct regular network maintenance and updates. Document network configurations, processes, and procedures. Provide network engineering support and training to other team members. Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects related to Cisco VPN and Juniper VPN technologies. Oversee the integration of VPN solutions within the Payer, Claims, Medicare, and Medicaid Claims domains. Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams to ensure successful implementation of VPN technologies. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope and objectives. Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget. Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful outcomes. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges. Facilitate communication and coordination among project team members and stakeholders. Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and issue logs. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of VPN technologies. Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing VPN solutions to enhance performance and security. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to Payer, Claims, Medicare, and Medicaid Claims. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project processes and outcomes. Qualifications: Possess a strong background in Cisco VPN and Juniper VPN technologies with hands-on experience. Demonstrate expertise in the Payer, Claims, Medicare, and Medicaid Claims domains. Have excellent project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery. Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address technical challenges. Show proficiency in stakeholder management and effective communication. Display the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Hold a relevant certification in project management or VPN technologies, such as PMP or CCNP.
