| ServiceNow Application Developer Worksite flexibility Onsite Visa- Only USC/GC or H4-EAD Job Summary Location: Washington DC - must be local, onsite in Washington DC This is a bid anticipated to start candidates if selected by end of September Duration: 3 year contract, with possible extensions Job Description We are seeking a ServiceNow Application Developer to support, maintain, and enhance its ServiceNow platform, which is instrumental in executing, managing, and maintaining business functions. What Youll Do Provide functional and technical support for the client's ServiceNow platform Conduct day-to-day operational and maintenance activities Address and resolve issues involving defects, bugs, and errors Engage in business analysis and requirements gathering for enhancements Execute both planned and urgent enhancement work within tight deadlines Perform standard platform/system administration tasks including user, group, and role record management, system access auditing, and documentation authoring Support the development and maintenance of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, Security Operations, Strategic Portfolio Management, ITOM, and IT Asset Management Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems from vendors including Microsoft, Dell, Absolute, Broadcom, and Oracle What Youll Need Required: 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration Proficient in ServiceNow platform administration, including auditing and update set migration Skilled in developing and maintaining various ServiceNow modules and in creating workflows, forms, and managing CMDB data Capable of integrating ServiceNow with various third-party systems Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to manage projects efficiently and deliver on time Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Preferred: Knowledge of web development technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) Familiarity with quality assurance best practices and methodologies Agile and Scrum methodology experience for iterative development and deployment ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), or Certified Application Developer (CAD) Certifications in ITIL or project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum Physical Demands: Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor Thanks & Regards, Gaurav Jangid Senior Technical Recruiter Email- [email protected] - https://www.linkedin.com/in/gaurav-jangid-97a5241ab/ 806, New Castle , Wilmington, DE, US, 19801 -- Keywords: information technology green card Delaware ServiceNow Application Developer || Washington DC - must be local, onsite in Washington DC [email protected] |
