In this role, you will be responsible for managing the development and implementation of our Warehouse Management System (WMS) using Manhattan Associates' solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of WMS projects that meet business objectives and enhance operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Product Ownership: Lead the development and enhancement of WMS solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including operations, IT, and supply chain teams, to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with Manhattan Associates and other third-party vendors to ensure timely and effective delivery of solutions. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance system performance and user experience. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of the WMS.
