You will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying sophisticated chatbots using Azure Bot Service, Language Understanding (CLU), and Cognitive Services. Your expertise in Node.js, Python, and Azure will be instrumental in creating innovative conversational AI experiences. Responsibilities: Develop and deploy robust chatbots leveraging Azure Bot Service, CLU, and Cognitive Services. Integrate Azure Functions to enhance chatbot capabilities and functionality. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub for efficient development and deployment. Manage chatbot hosting and data management on Azure App Service and Azure Storage. Oversee Azure platform configuration and maintenance for the team. Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports on technical progress, risks, and mitigation plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to define user stories and tasks. Drive the evolution of new Generative AI concepts through close interaction with clients. Mentor and guide team members in Azure technologies and chatbot development. Qualifications: Minimum 10+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Node.js, Python, and JavaScript. Expert-level proficiency in Azure portal services and their integration with related systems. Demonstrated experience in developing, releasing, and maintaining software solutions. Strong understanding of Azure Open AI, SOAP, REST, and JSON technologies. Proficiency in agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) and ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic team environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused attitude. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Ajax, Bootstrap, jQuery, CSS, and HTML/HTML5. Database experience. Knowledge of PaaS/SaaS environments.
