Experience with a wide range of wire framing, visual design, and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, In Vision, Axure, et al.) Ability to work on experience flows as well as concepts for visual designs. Financial Services background is a plus Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently A solid UX design process focused on outcomes. Experience with user research, user-centered design techniques, design systems, visual design principles, and interaction design concepts Experience designing software within an Agile SDLC. Experience in UX design standard methodologies to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design. Ability to collaborate and communicate closely with teams and other partners in a distributed model. Strong intuition and a natural ability to empathize with different people.
