Identify eligible on-premises shares and end-user candidates for migration waves. Schedule migration waves with end-user candidates. Assist with SkySync migrations and verify end-user communications in the Scheduler tool. Proactively identify and resolve issues or blockers affecting migration waves. Monitor communications and tickets related to the File Migration Project. Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support to end users experiencing post-migration issues. Create comprehensive documentation, workflows, and procedures for project processes. Test new applications, software, and procedures for the project. Oversee and coordinate with Help Desk liaisons assigned to the project. Technical Skills: Demonstrated expertise in Azure Active Directory, Office 365, Active Directory, and IT infrastructure. Strong proficiency in hardware and software implementation, with a focus on Wintel systems. Advanced PowerShell scripting skills for automation and troubleshooting. In-depth knowledge of SkySync, Space Observer, and File Migration project processes. Experience with technical documentation and support. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in IT support or project management. Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Avand company systems and processes.
