The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in system administration, integration, and application management, ensuring smooth operations and optimal performance of our enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities: System Administration: Administer and maintain the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne environment on the IBM i platform, ensuring high availability and performance. Manage Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) configurations, including integrations with JD Edwards and other enterprise applications. Integration Management: Develop and maintain integrations between JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and other systems using Oracle Integration Cloud. Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness. Performance Optimization: Conduct regular system performance analysis and tuning for JD Edwards and OIC environments. Implement best practices for system optimization and resource management on the IBM i platform. Security and Compliance: Ensure system security and compliance with organizational policies and industry standards. Manage user access and permissions within JD Edwards and OIC environments. Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support for JD Edwards and OIC, resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime. Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to troubleshoot complex technical problems. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, integrations, and processes. Generate regular reports on system performance, usage, and incidents. Upgrades and Enhancements: Plan and execute system upgrades and enhancements for JD Edwards and OIC.
