Candidate has moderate to high exposure to retail or wholesale Utility energy billing, with functional knowledge of major bill determinants. Required Skills/Competencies: Oracle Utilities Billing Component v1.6.x(Expert) Linux Shell Scripting(Expert) SQL and PL/SQL programming(Expert) Pro*C programming(Advanced) MDM(Meter Data Management) using ITRON IEE client(Expert) 6+ years of technical support role in retail or wholesale power billing. Experience to liaison with business stakeholders gather and execute requirements. Experience with DOS scripts and batch processing Moderate experience with Access VBA macros Proficiency with Perl and/or Power Shell scripting is a plus.
