Role: RPA Developer Location: Seattle, WA ~ Portland, OR (Onsite) Duration: 9+ Months Contract NOTE: LOOKING FOR LOCALS OR NEAR BY LOCATIONS ONLY. Role Description: Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle Test new programs Test modifications to existing programs Mentor team members Assist with user training as needed Understand IT processes and work within designated guidelines Ability to analyse and document business and system processes is required. Understand IT processes and work within designated guidelines A proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements is required Ability and willingness to take charge and lead tasks to completion is required Work cross-functionally with business operations and business analysts to create and optimize workflow processes lead initiatives related to designing and managing workflow automation projects, testing, and fixing bugs 8 years of experience in front end development Experience in implementing one major UIPATH project ( ~10 -15 BOTS/ Automation use case ) Basic Understanding of security best practices Team Player, Self-motivated, innovative Advocate for proven standardized processes and methodologies Displays enthusiasm, energy, and quality focus Strong organizational and team leadership skills The ability to work under a heavy workload in a time critical environment Effective written and oral communication skills Should possess good RPA skillset skills RPA Methodology, RPA life cycle, Best practice, RPA tool - UiPath (Hands-on project experience) Should possess good RPA++ skillset skills OCR Implementation / hands-on experience, Intelligent Document Processing/understanding Computer Vision Good knowledge or at least basic knowledge of technical skills in any coding language C#/Java, VB Script, Excel VBA (Excel Macros) Should be able to write/understand basic SQL Select Should have experience in support and maintenance of production robots Analyze and Design solutions in accordance with design principles and create a Design document and Test cases as per RPA recommendation Should be able to work independently end to end, right from automation feasibility, Design, coding, testing and deployment on automating the Process in the Automation Tool Development and Coding of RPA process as per the requirements using RPA (UiPath), RPA++ best practices Solve issues that arise in day-to-day running of RPA processes and provide timely support and solutions as required Support the operational teams during the UAT and Production rollout phase. Good verbal & written communication skills, and should be able to talk directly/independently with clients to understand the requirements and provide a solution Education: At least a bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
