Good with I-docs/EDI knowledge with 3PLs, carriers and external partners Good reverse logistics experience Knowledge of complete SLTC process along with experience on various QA deliverables across the STLC. Experienced in working with PMs, identify Scope and create Test Strategy and Test Plan Documents. Experienced in working with Business SMEs, understand requirements, build Test Scenarios, Test Cases, Test Execution and Analyze Results Experienced in Waterfall as well as Agile methodologies. Knowledge on Test management (HP ALM/Jira/ADO) and Automation tools (UFT/Tosca/WorkSoft) Good Communication Skills and experience in client interactions. Preferred to have Certification in SAP or S/4 Hana SD Ability to work independently and in-person onsite/remotely, with willingness to travel for client engagements as needed.
