| SQL Server Developer (Hybrid Position) 6+ months hybrid contract (1-2 days onsite & other days remote from Day 1) Locals/driving distance to Richardson, TX (hybrid) please Visa Only USC / GC OR H4-EAD Skills/Experience needed: BS Degree with 7+ years of experience as SQL Developer, highly skilled and experienced Senior SQL Developer with strong SQL Server and SSIS expertise MUST have strong experience with designing, developing, and optimizing SQL databases, as well as implementing ETL processes using SSIS. Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and database objects (stored procedures, functions, views). Create and manage SSIS packages for data extraction, transformation, and loading. Optimize database performance through indexing, query tuning, and other best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical guidance. Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues promptly. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry standards. Document database designs, processes, and procedures. Knowledge of cloud-based database solutions (e.g., Azure SQL, AWS RDS). Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and methodologies. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
