Utilize Cyara for automated testing of IVR scripts and call flows. Conduct manual testing as needed to validate specific scenarios and edge cases. System Integration: Collaborate with development and deployment teams to ensure seamless integration of IVR systems with other platforms. Test and validate the performance of IVR development technologies / platforms on GDF, Watson, Amazon connect, Avaya, Genesys, and Nuance platforms. Quality Assurance: Identify and document defects, working closely with developers to resolve issues. Perform regression testing to ensure new updates do not negatively impact existing functionalities. Monitor and report on the quality and performance of IVR systems. Project Coordination: Work with project managers to define testing timelines and deliverables. Provide regular status updates and testing reports to stakeholders. Customer Experience: Ensure the IVR system provides a positive and efficient customer experience. Validate voice recognition accuracy and response times in GDF / Nuance-powered IVR applications. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in IVR testing. Proven experience with Cyara, including test case creation and execution. Hands-on experience with GDF, Watson, Amazon connect, Avaya, Genesys, and Nuance platforms. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
