Just a Data Engg. who can work with T-SQL, ADF, Data modelling, performance improvement, root cause analysis etc. The primary focus for this role will be datamart ETL, ingesting data via ADF from BigQuery, incremental refreshes, SQL query tuning/efficiency, database design improvements (indexes, schema improvements), What you will do Collaborate with business stakeholders, design, build advanced analytic solutions for Clients Marketing Business. Build ETL packages to Load and transform the data from various data sources into Datamart to support reporting operations. Build and enhance the Power BI models to provide advanced data insights to Marketing Dashboards. Responsible for building and enhancing the regression test suite to monitor nightly ETL jobs and identify data issues. Work alongside project managers, cross teams to support fast paced Agile/Scrum environment. Assist in defining software architectures - Collaborate with other teams to explore existing systems and determine the areas of opportunities. Follow coding standards, build appropriate unit tests, integration tests, deployment scripts and review project artifacts created by peers. Contribute to overall growth by suggesting improvements to the existing software architecture or introducing new technologies. What you will need Strong leadership skills with high-end knowledge on Designing and Development of E2E BI & Analytics projects in a global enterprise environment. The candidate should have strong qualitative and quantitative problem-solving abilities and is expected to work independently with multiple technical and business stakeholders. Must have: 7 to 10 years of experience in the Design and Development of E2E BI & Analytics projects in a global enterprise environment. 2-3 years hands-on Strong T-SQL Experience (Root Cause load failures and fix; Hierarchical Query building; ability to review an existing T-SQL code block and quickly figure out code issues) Strong technical experience with MS SQL Server, Power BI, Azure Data Factory, SSAS tabular modelling, and DAX on Azure Platform. Good knowledge of database performance and tuning, troubleshooting and query optimization. Proficient in Data warehouse design and BI application development Deep understanding of writing SQL code and DAX functions. Excellent Communication and Prioritization skills. Good to have: Analyse, recommend, and deliver ETL and Data Analysis improvements on a preliminary data mart on shared Azure infrastructure. Partner with business teams to provide the best technology recommendations for their reporting needs. Execution of our data strategy through design and development of Data platforms to deliver Reporting, BI and Advanced Analytics solutions. Consistently improving and optimizing T-SQL and SSAS tabular models to achieve peak performance across the entire analytics platform. Develop, maintain, and document data model, data dictionary and data flow diagrams. Ensure code integrity standards and code best practices. Who you are Graduate/Post-graduate in BE/Btech, ME/MTech or MCA is preferred. Excellent communication and prioritization skills. Able to work independently or within a team proactively in a fast-paced AGILE-SCRUM environment. Strong desire to improve upon their skills in software development, frameworks, and technologies.
