Role: SAP Security/ RBP Lead Location: Remote Exp: 12+ Years Duration: Long Term Contract Position Job Description: Must have skill SAP SuccessFactors Employee Profile, Employee Central, Reporting, RBP Roles & Responsibilities: As a Lead SuccessFactors Employee Central System Administrator and RBP Expert, you will play a crucial role in the management and optimization of our SuccessFactors Employee Central system. You will be responsible for overseeing the configuration, maintenance, and security of the system, with a strong focus on Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and Security. Your expertise will ensure the seamless operation of Client HR technology stack, enabling the organization to make data-driven decisions and deliver superior employee experience. Key Responsibilities: Configure and maintain the SuccessFactors Employee Central system, including workflows and business rules. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand HR business requirements and translate them into system configurations. Monitor. system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to optimize system functionality. Design and maintain role-based security profiles and permissions sets to control access to sensitive HR data. Conduct regular audits to ensure the integrity and effectiveness of RBP configurations. Serve as the subject matter expert for Employee Central and RBP-related queries, addressing and resolving issues promptly. Provide training and support to end-users and HR team members on system usage, features, and best practices. Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures. Generate and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports to support data-driven decision-making within the organization. Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization, collaborating with stakeholders to implement changes. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in human resources, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a SuccessFactors Employee Central System Lead with at least 10+ years of hands-on experience. In-depth knowledge of Role-Based Permissions (RBP) within the SuccessFactors platform. Experience with HRIS implementation, configuration, and maintenance. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy and security.
