Senior Agile ProjectManager Location: Must be local to NYC, NY - Hybrid Duration: 6 months Interview: Phone/Skype HeavyFinancial experience Qualifications Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science, Project Management, Finance or related fieldrequired Strongknowledge of financial products, especially Wealth Management and InvestmentManagement At least5-7 years of experience as Project Manager / Business Analyst Self-starter.Proven ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects with minimalsupervision. Can manage a complex ever changing priority list and resolveconflicts to competing priorities Strongunderstanding of the Financial Services industry and content lifecycle relatingto Risk, Regulatory, Financial Products, and FinTech Applications &Services. Relevantwork experience with business requirements definition and management (end toend), structured analysis, process design, use case documentation. Stronganalytical, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customerbusiness needs and translate them into application and operationalrequirements. Strongcommunication skills both verbal and written. Capable of collaboratingeffectively across a variety of IT and Business groups, across regions, rolesand able to interact effectively with all levels. Strongorganizational skills with ability to effectively multi-task in a highpressure, fast-pasted environment to manage significant case load within shorttimeframe Previousexperience working with an Agile/Scrum delivery methodology and a proven trackrecord in delivering solutions under this methodology. Ability tomanage multiple Projects effectively, prioritize deliverables and to understandtechnical challenges. Good personalskills. Ability to deal with difficult situations/individuals gracefully.Ability to influence decisions/ mindsets. Strongproblem-solving skills. Ability to identify where focus is needed and bringclarity to business objectives, requirements and priorities. Technicalappreciation and general understanding of data warehousing, businessintelligence, web and other multi-tiered applications. AgileProduct Owner certification (nice to have). Familiarwith Agile Ceremonies (nice to have).
