Preferably from the west coast 3 requirements for the same client with different Job ID Scope of work: Program Relationship Management for IT Services: VMO Strategic Development: Cultural Competence: Required skills and experience: Excellent oral and written communication Strong analytical skills and business acumen Superior leadership and management skills Excellent ability to translate complex information with various business teams Ability to communicate critical information and updates to executive staff and various stakeholder groups Ability to develop and maintain working relationships with internal and external partners including legislative and federal partners.
