Collaborate with engineering, production, and IT teams to develop and implement automation solutions. Conduct time and motion studies to optimize manufacturing processes. Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders, including engineers, production managers, and quality control teams. Develop detailed functional specifications, process flow diagrams, and system requirement documents. Ensure that automation solutions align with business goals and comply with industry standards. Lead and manage automation projects from inception to completion. Collect and analyze data related to manufacturing processes, equipment performance, and production output.
