We need 3 contractors with the skills listed below. As well, we need 1 of the contractors to have prior firewall auditing experience. (This is a must have). Maintaining and updating the AlgoSec knowledge base, participating in the buildup of the support organization. Introducing support methodologies, tools and more. Working in tight integration with the global support teams as well as the AlgoSec NIE Team Building out Cloud Algosec and multi-tenant companies. Must have Skills: At least 3 years previous experience building and supporting Algosec deployments Experience in Linux/UNIX environments Experience in firewall administration and configuration (Checkpoint, Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, etc.) Experience in support of network security software products Independent, resourceful, problem-solver, result oriented Fast learner Team player, pleasant and with a high level of integrity Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Operating well under-pressure, multi-tasking. Willingness to work at irregular hours, to support our customers world-wide; we are a 24x7 Support operation.
