| Job description: Responsible for cross functional support of all cost of goods reduction (COGS) Initiatives: Explore & capitalize on full capabilities & cost competitiveness (both existing and new vendors) Scope initiatives w/ competitive quoting, costing and validating opportunities Project management of COGS initiatives to drive effective progress Facilitate VE brainstorm & ideation (both internal & external) Analyze & mitigate cost increase requests; support cost negotiations Partner with Initiative owners to reconcile unit volume, rates, timing, and track overall progress Track actualization & reconcile Initiatives into Price Point Variance and / or Average Unit Cost Supported publication of results to coincide with Steering Co, PPV Monthly Finance meetings Keywords: Colorado |
