Position : Mainframe Developer Location: Jackson, MS Day 1 Onsite Duration: 14 months Max Rate : $70 on C2C Required: 10+ Years Programming experience in Natural, and the utilization of ADABAS. Experience running Natural processes in batch via JCL and/or SCL, and online. Experience in web and client server environments. 10+ Years Experience with analyzing user requirements and designs along with testing, implementing, and performing Quality Assurance (QA) of information systems utilizing NATURAL ONE, ADABAS, MVS/JCL COBOL/CICS, VSAM files, LINUX ESPSOFT/SCL, INFORMIX relational database, and UNIX. 5+ Years Experience with automated eligibility determination systems. 5+ Years Ability to provide subject matter expertise on system architectures. Business Skill Set/Requirements Requirement 5+ Years Ability to provide recommendations regarding enhancements to the systems and processes. 5+ Years Experience developing, maintaining, and updating documentation for procedures, policies, and processes. 5+ Years Experience training end users on software. 5+ Years Knowledge of SNAP and TANF eligibility and economic assistance policies and procedures, and current state and federal mandates as implemented or similar to those in MAVS, the Mississippi statewide eligibility determination system. 5+ Years Experience interpreting, designing and implementing federal and state mandates in Linux systems such as MAVS. -- Regards, Alex .
