Job Title: Sr. Product Manager - Customer Activation Location: Remote role Duration: 3+ Months Must have Strong expertise in Master Data Management (MDM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Consent & Preference Management (CPM). Responsibilities: - Drive product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product solutions that enhance customer engagement and activation. Oversee the implementation and management of MDM systems, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across all customer touchpoints. Collaborate with data governance teams to establish and enforce data standards and best practices. Ensure MDM solutions support the broader customer activation strategy and enable effective decision-making. Lead the development and implementation of CPM strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer preferences. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure that consent management practices meet industry standards. Monitor and analyze customer preferences to inform product development and marketing strategies. Apply best practices from other industries such as retail to enhance customer activation strategies within the organization. Leverage external insights to drive innovation and improve product offerings. Engage with key stakeholders, including senior management, sales, marketing, and IT teams, to ensure alignment on product goals and strategies. Present product updates, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders, driving consensus and support for initiatives. Educational Qualifications: - Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc. Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable. Mandatory skills / Required Experience: - Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field; Masters degree preferred. 10-15 years of experience in product management, with a focus on customer activation and data management. Strong expertise in Master Data Management (MDM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Consent & Preference Management (CPM). Proven track record of leading successful product initiatives in healthcare or retail. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
