| Hi Team, Looking for Job Title: AI/ML Developer (Python, Digital Tagging) Location: Onsite - San Antonio, Texas (Candidate in and around San Antonio is Preferred) YoE : 4+yrs Mandatory Banking or Insurance Experience Job Summary: We are looking for a talented AI/ML Developer with expertise in Python and digital tagging to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and algorithms. Additionally, you will work on implementing digital tagging solutions to enhance data collection, processing, and analysis. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Deploy ML Models: Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models using Python. Ensure the models are scalable, efficient, and meet business requirements. Digital Tagging: Implement and manage digital tagging solutions for enhanced data collection and processing. Collaborate with data engineers to ensure accurate data tagging across various platforms. Data Preprocessing: Work with large datasets to clean, preprocess, and transform data for model training and evaluation. Algorithm Development: Research, develop, and implement custom algorithms tailored to business needs. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and ML. Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with data scientists, engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver optimal solutions. Model Evaluation and Optimization: Continuously evaluate model performance and optimize algorithms for improved accuracy and efficiency. Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of code, models, processes, and methodologies. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to model performance, data inconsistencies, and tagging errors. Required Skills and Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field. Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python is a must. Familiarity with other programming languages like R, Java, or C++ is a plus. ML Frameworks: Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras, etc. Digital Tagging Tools: Hands-on experience with digital tagging tools and techniques. Knowledge of tools like Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics, or custom tagging solutions is preferred. Data Handling: Strong experience in handling and processing large datasets. Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases. Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying ML models. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision. Knowledge of DevOps practices for ML pipelines. Certification in AI/ML or related fields.
