| Solution Architect with SAP SuccessFactors Remote Responsibilities: Work independently with the business to align requirements for design and build. Lead the handling of incidents, change requests, and enhancements from onsite. Possess in-depth knowledge of system configuration and cross-functional integration processes. Devote effort to new initiatives, such as Proof of Concepts (PoC) and demos for the CoE group. Explore and self-learn new cloud technologies and tools. Expertise in Digital (SAP SuccessFactors - Career Development and Planning [SF-CDP]): Experience: 6-8 years Core Requirements: Certification and experience in SuccessFactors EC. Data migration experience in EC. Experience in other SF modules (Onboarding, Recruiting, PMGM, LMS). SF implementation experience in at least 3-5 projects. SF support experience in at least 2-3 projects. Experience in closely working with customers and operating in customer environments. Good-to-Have: Implementation experience in Onboarding and Recruiting modules. Working experience in SF Succession Planning. Working experience in SF Talent modules. Experience in working with Agile methodology. Experience working in a diverse cultural environment. Experience in working within an onsite/offshore team model.
