Responsibilities- The role of the Senior Salesforce Developer is an individual that can effectively participate in all stages of the Agile development lifecycle. This includes defining the overall project, participate in planning, prioritization, development, testing, and other aspects. The primary expectation is that this individual will have an advanced knowledge of Salesforce technologies and configuration settings. Provide advanced Salesforce ecosystem knowledge. Provide guidance and insight to steer towards an optimized Salesforce ecosystem. Assist with planning site creation, redesigns and updates based on best practices and business requirements. Demonstrate an elevated level of expertise related to configuration, core Salesforce development technologies. This includes APEX coding language, workflows, SOQL, Lightning and other related technologies. Diligent commitment to timelines, budget and deliverables as directed by the project manager.Qualifications ExperienceMinimum Requirements (Must to Have)Academic qualificationsLevel of Preferably an undergraduate / associate level degree / diploma from an accredited institution, in Computer Science / Statistics / Applied Mathematics / EE / Electronics or, any equivalent technical field of study. Advanced analytical skills that are inline with the Salesforce ecosystem that exploits the platform with minimal coding and maximum configuration. This includes Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Advanced knowledge of web coding standards including HTML5 and CSS3 to support Salesforce Lightning. Strong communications and documentation skills. Ability to solve business challenges that exploit the Salesforce ecosystem and maximize the platform. Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads based on project demands. Agile project management skills and knowledge. Ability to liaison with all stakeholders in a professional manner.
