A Masters/Bachelors degree in Computer Science (or equivalent). 2. A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in software development. 3. Expertise in the Kore.ai chatbot platform. 4. Proven experience in Node.js, with a good understanding of other programming languages (i.e: Python). 5. Firm grasp on cloud-based application deployment. 6. Deep knowledge of AI, machine learning, natural language processing and associated technologies. 7. Extensive experience with other Conversational AI platforms like Bot Framework, PVA, Cognigy are an added advantage. 8. Exceptional problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills. 9. Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 10. Ability to adjust and thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
