Duration : 12+ Months Contract to hire Interview : Phone and Video Responsibilities: Recent Websphere Portal experience - Version 9 or 9.5 is preferred o Installation o Configuration o Administration Lead the implementation and automation of WebSphere Portal and Web SEAL Web Archives deployments. Provide rotational on-call support for critical systems. Collaborate effectively with on-site and offshore teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Delivered hands-on technical solutions to complex business challenges, translating them into effective process and technical solutions. Design, develop, and deliver WebSphere Application Server (WAS) applications, including clustering through network deployment. Interpret requirements, conduct highly complex analyses, and present options and recommendations to achieve optimal results. Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive Web SEAL implementations. Manag the scope of patching and upgrade work within middleware technologies, with a focus on the WebSphere Portal application server. Collaborate with development teams to create and configure new middleware instances, including web servers and application servers, as required by project demands. Requirements: 10+ years of relevant experience Knowledge of WebSphere Network deployment on Linux, AIX, Windows 3-5 years of experience working with IBM Security Verify Access Web SEAL Exposure to cloud technologies like AWS and exposure to Dev/Ops Aptitude for Tomcat, and IIS Ability to accelerate impact, lead change and work under minimal supervision.
