Role Description: Participate in the development of business requirements ensuring a thorough understanding of business needs and processes Develop and implement AI-driven automation solutions within the ServiceNow platform. Conceptualize, design, code, and test ServiceNow solutions that deliver new system capabilities, system enhancements or defects Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and AI-driven solutions. Design, configure, and maintain custom ServiceNow applications and integrations, focusing on automation. Utilize Generative AI technologies to automate processes, such as workflow optimization, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics. Conduct thorough testing and validation of AI models and ServiceNow configurations to ensure reliability and performance. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Automation Module and AI integrations. Provide guidance and best practices for integrating GenAI with ServiceNow automation processes. Stay current with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and ServiceNow technologies, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve solutions"
