The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a masters degree and up to 5 years experience; or 10 years experience in a related field and no degree. Experience with OneStream or other Financial Management/Planning tools. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and collaborative skills to work effectively with teams throughout the organization. Advanced financial analysis and data analysis skills. Financial modeling using Power BI and other reporting tools. Understanding of financial statements, financial planning, and budgeting. Ability to adapt to change in accordance with the business needs of the organization. Operate with ownership, be a self-starter, and have a strong attention to detail.
