Documenting , acceptance criteria , manage tasks/stories in JIRA with right information by acting as a liaison between technical and business teams . Collaborate with external & internal teams to create designs and to perfect the applications ( Mockups , Wireframes and Screenshots ) - Prototyping . Hands on AS-IS and TO-BE business processes / workflows as part of GAP analysis Experience in writing SQL queries for data analysis .
