Requirements Bachelors degree in related field. 7+ years related experience Microsoft Excel (Proficiency: Advanced) Microsoft PowerPoint (Proficiency: Advanced) Microsoft Visio (Proficiency: Intermediate) Experience with ServiceNow SPM, ITSM and SAM Experience with Project Portfolio Management and ITIL framework Preferred Qualifications & Leadership Competencies Strong project management and planning capabilities Financial/Business analysis techniques and strong problem-solving abilities Excellent written and oral business communications skills Strong ability to interface/communicate with all levels of management, especially leadership Self-starter with the ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and deal with ambiguity Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented and attention to quality Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, SPM, SAM ITIL, PMP certification a plus Drives Results Courage: Tackles difficult issues timely with optimism and transparency.
