Your role will involve designing, coding, and testing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a strong emphasis on integrating Generative AI technologies. Key Responsibilities: Business Requirements & Solution Development: Participate in defining business requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of business needs and processes. Develop and implement AI-driven automation solutions within the ServiceNow platform. Design & Implementation: Conceptualize, design, code, and test ServiceNow solutions to deliver new capabilities, system enhancements, or defect resolutions. Design, configure, and maintain custom ServiceNow applications and integrations focused on automation. AI Integration & Utilization: Utilize Generative AI technologies to automate processes such as workflow optimization, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics. Provide guidance and best practices for integrating Generative AI with ServiceNow automation processes. Testing & Validation: Conduct thorough testing and validation of AI models and ServiceNow configurations to ensure reliability and performance. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Automation Module and AI integrations. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and AI-driven solutions. Stay current with advancements in AI, machine learning, and ServiceNow technologies to continuously improve solutions. Essential Skills: ServiceNow Expertise: Proficiency in ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management. Experience with ServiceNow automation, custom applications, and integrations. AI & Automation: Strong understanding and practical experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) for tasks such as ticket categorization and automated responses. Experience in implementing chatbots, virtual agents, and automated documentation. Skills in automated testing, workflow automation, and enhancing user interfaces with intelligent recommendations. Data Handling: Experience with data extraction and parsing, sentiment analysis, language translation, and automated reporting. Technical Skills: Ability to design and implement automated solutions using Generative AI technologies. Experience with various AI techniques including predictive analytics and anomaly detection. Desirable Skills: Advanced ServiceNow Skills: In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules and advanced customization. Generative AI Applications: Experience in leveraging Generative AI for complex automation scenarios. Enhanced Reporting: Advanced skills in automated reporting and data visualization.
