ServiceNow Sr. Developer - Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
Location - Hartford, CT (Remote)

Fulltime / Contract.

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

6-8 years working with ServiceNow platform as a Developer in enterprise-wide, multi-tier ServiceNow production environment 

At least 6 years of experience in the IT Industry Experience

Working knowledge of developing and customizing core ITBM applications such as Demand, PPM, Ideation, Program, etc. along with configuring ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, etc.

Hands-on Experience in development Service Catalog anf complex workflows

Good Experience with CMDB to establish realtionships between CIs 

Experience in intergation ServiceNow with any 3rd party tool/application using web-services (REST/SOAP) or any other methodology like JDBC, etc. 

Working on Data sources and building transform maps to import the asset/CI data into ServiceNow

Hands-on Experience with scripting (Service & Client side) - Client scripts, UI Policies, Scheduled Jobs, Background scripts, etc.

Build ServiceNow Reports & Dashboards

Experience with programming languages and databases including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS

Working knowledge of implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology

Experienced in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including customer requirement analysis and system design

Maintains service level agreements (SLA) and monitors an SLA workflows

Good understanding of ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, ITAM ServiceNow Module 

Certification a plus

Certified System Administrator (must have)

Certified Application Developer (good to have)

CIS-Project Portfolio Management (good to have)

Required Skills -

Experience with ServiceNow ITBM, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM modules

Working knowledge of 3rd party Integrations with ServiceNow

2+ years of Experience in ITBM module implementation

Scrum know-how

Good in scripting languages

Excellent communicator; leverage technical, business and financial acumen to communicate effectively with internal and external customer, Maintain high Customer Satisfaction, Relationship Building, High-level presentation to Top Management

Soft Skills -

Strong communication

Excellent analytical skills
