Role: Oracle OCI Consultant Location: Atlanta, GA Duration: 6+ months Job description: Oracle Financial Services Lending and Leasing (OFSLL) Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Oracle Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP) Database Technical Skills: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Proficiency in deploying and managing applications on OCI. Understanding of OCI services, including compute, storage, and networking. Familiarity with OCI security best practices. Oracle Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP) Database Knowledge of Oracle ATP database administration and configuration. Experience with SQL and PL/SQL for database operations. Understanding of performance tuning and optimization in Oracle databases. Oracle Financial Services Lending and Leasing (OFSLL) Deep understanding of the OFSLL application architecture and modules. Experience with OFSLL customization and extensibility features. Familiarity with OFSLL APIs and their usage. API Development and Integration Expertise in designing, developing, and consuming RESTful and SOAP APIs. Knowledge of API security, including OAuth, JWT, and API gateways. Experience with API management tools and platforms. Messaging and Event-Driven Architecture Understanding of messaging protocols and services (e.g., JMS, Kafka). Experience with event-driven architecture and integration patterns. Ability to implement and manage message queues and event streaming. Cloud Interoperability (OCI and Azure) Experience with integrating applications across multiple cloud platforms, particularly OCI and Azure. Knowledge of cloud interoperability standards and practices. Familiarity with Azure services and how they can interface with OCI. On-Premises to Cloud Integration Experience in integrating on-premises systems with cloud-based applications. Knowledge of hybrid cloud architectures and secure communication protocols. Proficiency in using middleware and integration platforms. Development Skills: Programming Languages Proficiency in Java, as it is often used for developing enterprise applications. Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or JavaScript for automation and integration tasks. Web Technologies Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) for front-end development. Knowledge of web services and microservices architecture. DevOps and CI/CD Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Docker). Experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment. Soft Skills: Problem-Solving Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve integration issues. Ability to design scalable and efficient solutions. Communication Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ability to document technical specifications and integration processes clearly. Additional Skills Security: Understanding of cloud security principles and best practices. Knowledge of data encryption, identity management, and access control.
