I need this person to be an informal leader of technology. Someone that is vocal in meetings, helps with designs, completes proofs of concepts, recommends the best ways to accomplish business requests within the Salesforce ecosystem, and mentors less experienced team members while also completing user stories for normal development work. OmniStudio experience utilizing OmniChannel and deep service cloud configuration experience and/or someone that has FSC experience with action launcher, action plan, and flex cards. The team is weak skillset wise with Service Process definition, Action Plans, Action Launcher, Flex Cards, OmniScripts, Data Synchronization Pattern, Data Virtualization Pattern, Outlook integration, Integration Security Best Practices, Orchestration, and Transformation. Strong Apex development skills Strong written and verbal communication skills that business staff (product owners) will be able to effectively communicate with What we are looking for: Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce development tools and technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, and Salesforce DX. Proven leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team of developers to achieve excellence. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality solutions. Experience working in an Agile development environment, utilizing Azure DevOps. Passion for innovation and continuous learning, with a commitment to staying current with emerging Salesforce technologies and best practices. Criminal background check required. Years of Experience Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Salesforce developer, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
