| Role: Oracle Fusion HCM specialist Location: Pleasanton, CA(Onsite) Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Specialist to manage and optimize our human capital management processes, including Core HR, Absences, OTL (Oracle Time and Labor), Learning, Payroll, and Benefits. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud and its various modules, ensuring efficient and effective HR operations. Key Responsibilities: Core HR: Manage employee records, onboarding, and offboarding processes using Oracle HCM Cloud. Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations. Absences: Oversee leave management, track employee absences, and ensure accurate record-keeping within the Oracle HCM system. OTL: Administer Oracle Time and Labor, ensuring accurate time tracking and reporting. Learning: Develop and implement training programs using Oracle Learning Cloud to enhance employee skills and career development. Payroll: Process payroll accurately and on time using Oracle Payroll Cloud, handle payroll queries, and ensure compliance with tax regulations. Benefits: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. Assist employees with benefits enrollment and queries through Oracle Benefits Cloud. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in HR roles with a focus on Oracle HCM Core HR, Absences, OTL, Learning, Payroll, and Benefits. Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud and its modules. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
