Use Revit and AutoCAD to produce detailed architectural construction documents for multiple rollout locations. Recognize potential problems and recommend solutions. Collaborate with Sr. Project Designers, Job Captains, and Project Managers to capture accurate information. Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements. Maintain required documentation of all projects and drawings generated. Ensure proper backup procedures are carried out to reduce lost data. Monitor quality, accuracy, and consistency of documents, details, and any graphics. Assist in the development of standards that will ensure document quality and accuracy. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design. Previous experience developing construction documents for retail environments is a plus. Proficiency in the application of architectural design standards, practices, techniques, and concepts. Proficiency in Revit as the primary software, along with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite. Site survey experience is a plus. Revit experience is required. Solid time management skills. Strong organizational skills. Excellent communication skills. Demonstrated ability to maintain required performance levels in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines. Must have exceptional standards for quality and a strong attention to detail. Must be able to work autonomously, as well as within a team.
