| Hi We have the following requirement in Austin, TX. JOB TITLE: Service Now Developer LOCATION: Austin, TX (Telework from the Austin area. Candidate must reside in or relocate to the Austin area) DURATION: Long Term JOB DESCRIPTION/MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: The OAG is looking for a Service Now Developer to join our team of IT professionals. As a Service Now Developer, you will work on developing and maintaining applications on the Service Now platform. Key Responsibilities: Develop, test and maintain applications on the Service Now platform Work with moderate-to-minimal oversight on design and development Collaborate with team members to design and develop new solutions to meet business requirements Assist with tasks focused on role-based operations optimization, digital headquarters, and project streamline. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Service Now applications Perform system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and code reviews Create and maintain technical documentation for Service Now applications Stay current with the latest trends and developments in Service Now platform Continuously improve the performance and scalability of Service Now applications Ensure compliance with service Now development best practices and standards Train other team members on advanced development and features Build quality assurance into new and existing development using automated testing Minimum Requirements: Candidates that do not meet or exceed the minimum stated requirements (skills/experience) will be displayed to customers but may not be chosen for this opportunity.
