| Need only USC or H4-EAD. Local to TX or CO. TITLE: Front End Engineer CLIENT: HPI LOCATION: Houston or Austin, TX or Ft. Collins, CO DURATION: 3 months C2H INTERVIEW: Video JOB TYPE: Contract to hire JOB DESCRIPTION: The Front-End engineer will work on the enhance the UI. Help implement the user interface. Do new changes and allow ADO to come into the mix. Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in front-end development with a focus on React.js. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement user interface components using React.js concepts and workflows such as Redux, Flux, and Webpack. Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless data exchange and functionality. Implement Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication models to ensure secure access control across internal applications. Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability and meet technical requirements. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring high performance on mobile and desktop. Adopt and implement the most common React libraries and methods to enhance application efficiency and maintainability. Write clean, scalable, and documented code, adhering to best practices in front-end development. Participate in code reviews and team meetings to discuss and implement web development best practices and innovative solutions. Stay updated on emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth. Knowledge & Skills: 5+ Years working with React.js and its core principles, along with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux). Experience with complex data structures and JSON manipulation. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model. Thorough understanding of RESTful APIs and experience integrating front-end UI with back-end services. Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token (JWT) and OAuth2. Experience with common front-end development tools. Familiarity with code versioning tools, such as Git. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile team environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
