Our organization is looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Lead Developer for a (1-3) years contract position in Remote. Candidates must have lived in the US for at least (5) years and can't have been outside the US in the last (5) years more than (6) months cumulative. This requirement is for the Public Trust Security Clearance. Special Skills: 13+ years exp., bs/ba, servicenow, coding, modeling, sdlc, soa, versionone, problem/risk management Description: Broad and extensive knowledge of the software development process and its technologies. Knowledge of architectural styles and design patterns as well as understanding of various coding methods and computer languages. Data modeling and database design experience. Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and service oriented architecture (SOA). Designs and develops new software products or major enhancements to existing software. Addresses problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms. Responsible for project completion. Performs feasibility analysis on potential future projects to management. Ideally requires a bachelors degree, or demonstrated architectural experience in the area of specialilzation. Experience communicating with key executives in a concise yet analytical manner. Evaluate existing software solutions to identify areas for improvement. Oversee architectural approaches from conception to installation. List of tasks to be performed: Technical Lead/Architect or developer(s) experienced in ServiceNow software development with the following skills. SME in one or more of the following areas: ServiceNow Application Development ServiceNow Platform and Architecture Knowledge Proficient in the following qualifications: Experience with ServiceNow development with knowledge of code best practices Knowledge/experience with functional and technical knowledge of ServiceNow platform and architecture Effective liaison leading technical development teams Knowledge/experience of SDLC practices Strong facilitation skills to effectively lead discussions across multiple groups Oral and written communication skills including presenting to management Knowledge/experience with Agile Methodologies Change Management and Configuration Management (VersionOne, ServiceNow, etc) Problem/Risk Management MS Office Suite Education Requirements: A minimum of thirteen (13) to twenty (20) years relevant experience A degree from an accredited College/University in the applicable field of services is preferred. four additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a college degree is required.
