The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracles EPM suite, with a strong focus on Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud (EPBCS). This role requires a proven track record in implementing complex EPM solutions, from requirements gathering to deployment and support. Responsibilities: Lead and contribute to the full lifecycle of EPM projects, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Implement Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, including EPBCS, ARCS, EPRCS/PCMCS, and DRM/EDMCS. Demonstrate strong functional knowledge of financial systems and processes, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow reporting, currency translations, inter-company eliminations, and consolidations under various GAAPs. Design and develop complex business rules, calculations, and integrations within the EPM environment. Build and maintain metadata, dimensions, and attributes, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity. Create and manage users, roles, and security within the EPM application. Develop and execute test plans, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing. Provide comprehensive training and documentation to end-users. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT teams, and project managers. Stay up-to-date with the latest EPM Cloud features and best practices. Qualifications: 8-10 years of overall IT experience with a minimum of 3+ years of full lifecycle Hyperion on-premise or EPM Cloud implementations. In-depth knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud, with a strong focus on EPBCS. Experience with other EPM technologies such as ARCS, EPRCS/PCMCS, and DRM/EDMCS is preferred. Proven ability to gather and document business requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Technical Skills: Proficiency in building complex business rules, custom consolidations, intercompany eliminations, and automating cash flow within EPBCS. Expertise in data management, including data load processes, mappings, and reconciliations. Strong scripting skills (Python, VBScript, FDM/FDMEE APIs, ODI, Python). Experience with EPM Automate for automating administrative tasks. Advanced Excel and VB scripting skills. Understanding of cloud-based SaaS and PaaS market offerings. Desired Skills: Project experience in EPM Suite of Products 11.x. Knowledge of upgrade and migration from On-Premises to Cloud. Experience in conducting user acceptance testing and preparing detailed documentation. Ability to train internal staff on advanced EPM concepts.
