| From: Deepa Lavaniya, Tek Inspirations LLC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Local candidates needed in IOWA only Sr. Business Systems Analyst Client:Wellmark Location:Des Moines, IA HybridSchedule (In Office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) Duration:6 plus months MOI: Technical Video call with PV then Phone/Skype Visa: Any visa will work FoundationalSkills I am looking for: BSA with strong requirement elicitation, definition, prioritization experience Experience working in an agile environment with agile tools (Azure DevOps, Epic, Feature, User Story writing) and processes (standups, refinements, sprint planning, iteration planning) Responsibilities: Work closely with the Product Owner to provide input into the long-term vision and roadmap for the information product the team supports Collaborate daily with the information product team to create technical requirement user stories from project level epics and features Participate in scrum team ceremonies and act as a true champion for the information product and the strategy team Consult with key business and technology stakeholders to understand feature deliverables to ensure overall solutions meet the stakeholders needs Serve as a coach and mentor to other information product business system analysts Consult with the business and technology areas to understand business functions, processes, challenges, opportunities, and systems impacted Validate alternative system solutions to meet overall business requirements Analyze, model and document requirements for cross functional solutions and support of solutions Collaborate with Wellmark Technology partners on projects of varying scope, size, and complexity, including larger scale, more complex, cross-functional initiatives, to ensure solutions and teams are aligned to meet business objectives Work with Wellmark stakeholders to define and develop technical solutions Ensure the correct stakeholders are actively participating and collaborate with Technology partners and stakeholders to clarify understanding of high level business needs and requirements Validate requirements with stakeholders and the project team by communicating and presenting requirements artifacts, models, and deliverables appropriate to stakeholder needs Adhere to software development lifecycle (SDLC), operational procedures, and project management methodologies by performing business systems analysis Ensure work is in alignment with Wellmark's overall strategy and organizational goals, including business and technology roadmaps Train, coach and mentor business systems and test analysts as needed May assist and/or interface in testing functions as appropriate Keywords: access management |
