Plan and execute the cutover activities for the workstreams. The consultant should have experience leading cutover for large scale SF implementations. Plan and execute Hypercare activities for three months post go live. Work with the project team to create cutover and hyper care plan. Coverage will require round the clock coverage during periods of high demand. Work with counterparts in other regions to model and provide this coverage. ================================================== Role: Business Analyst With OTM Job Location: Houston, TX(Non H1Bs) Logistics Business Analyst- 6-15 years of Experience Candidate should be working in area like logistics / warehousing/ shipping/ Freight Forwarding / trade management/ transport management/ working in Information technology department under same specified industry. Proven experience as an EBS HRMS Technical Consultant or in a similar role. In-depth knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS modules and their technical architecture. Proficiency in Oracle development tools, including PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and Workflow. Strong understanding of HR business processes and HR data structures. ==================================================== Role: Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud Technical Consultant Job Location: Columbus, IN Total 12-15 years of experience. At least 6+ Years of Experience in Oracle HCM as Technical Consultant Must have experience in integration Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud technical. Should be an expert in HCM Extracts Knowledge in EBS HRMS would be a value add BI Reports + HDL knowledge Good hands-on HDL/ HCM Extracts / BIP / Rest API.
