Job Description: Experience: 5+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management. Strong project/program management skills (PMP or similar certification preferred). Expertise in procurement processes, vendor negotiations, and contract management. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Analytical mindset with a focus on cost optimization and risk management. Proficiency in procurement software/tools (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Certifications: PMP, CPSM, or equivalent procurement certifications preferred.
