A deep understanding of application portfolio management principles and methodologies, with a proven track record of successfully leading and executing application rationalization projects for diverse clients. Key Responsibilities: Architect and design ServiceNow APM solutions tailored to organizational objectives, emphasizing application rationalization and portfolio optimization. Lead the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow APM modules from scratch, ensuring alignment with IT strategy, business requirements, and industry best practices. Collaborate closely with stakeholders across IT, business units, and senior management to define application rationalization strategies, assess application portfolios, and prioritize initiatives. Customize ServiceNow APM functionalities to facilitate application lifecycle management, including portfolio analysis, dependency mapping, and rationalization decision-making. Develop comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, deployment plans, and operational procedures.
